Leone had her wedding preparations in the beautiful cottage just down the end of the driveway. Blake Hall Weddings is conveniently located and yet, set within 60 acres of formal gardens and woodland, remains peaceful and tranquil for your exclusive use on your special day. The venue is licensed for civil weddings and partnership  ceremonies, either in the Hay Barn or outside under the canopy of the old Saddlery. The Hay Barn has a big window at the top which floods the barn with gorgeous light which is perfect for your photos.

The weather couldn’t have been better and it was so nice for all the wedding guests to enjoy the outside space that Blake Hall has to offer during cocktail hour.

The vast majority of the day I capturing candid moments with my camera of guests just being themselves and enjoying the wedding day. I will often use different camera lenses to get a variety of perspectives in my photographs.

Unposed Weddings

It is just incredible being a Blake Hall wedding photographer – a job I really love. If you want an indoor wedding then you have the Hay Barn. This is a bright barn which sits across from the Essex Barn and adjacent to the Saddlery.

The Hay Barn is licensed for ceremonies for up to 150 guests and with it’s beam-lined aisle it provides the perfect space for wedding al, year round.

This is where Leone and Ashley had their ceremony which was very emotional. Ashley bless him just couldn’t contain his emotions which is great for me as their photographer because these are the real moments that I love to capture.

During couple portrait time we explored some of the 60 acre gardens! Yes you heard that right. Absolutely beautiful grounds that just made the perfect backdrop to the photographs.

Professional Photographer for Blake Hall

The Sadderley is where you can have an outside ceremony, weather dependent of course. Set within stunning countryside and woodland, this is the place to be. In the summer I couldn’t think of a more romantic setting to have your wedding and it certainly offered great light for making wedding photos. The sunset was to die for too!

After the meal it was time for some very funny speeches, some embarrassing stories were told about Leone when she was little haha! The wedding night finished with great entertainment with the guests treated to an epic party. I loved being a Blake Hall wedding photographer and I am looking forward to the next one.
