Bride and groom walking holding hands at sunset

Picture an epic festival, with a wedding thrown into the mix, and you’ll get close to what this day was like!

Robyn, Will and friends arrived at Willow Grange Farm Friday, for a pre-wedding celebration – a chilled out afternoon of food and drinks. Saturday was the wedding day, then a BBQ on Sunday. I love that they spread out their celebrations over the whole weekend. It’s quite a rare thing to do for a UK wedding, more popular for destination weddings.

I arrived on Saturday, greeted by the fab Clara who runs Willow Grange Farm. It was my first time back here since doing a styled shoot 2 years ago, and boy! Have they been busy improving the venue?! It looks really incredible with the conversion of the barn and all the new space for bell tents.

I had a brief chat with Will before going to meet up with girls. It was great they were both getting ready on-site as it meant I could cover both preps. The girls were super chilled and well looked after by Ashley from Ashley Kay Makeup. The light at the front of the tent was incredible and I managed to capture Robyn in the perfect position!

Robyn wore an incredible, unique dress from the talented Alena Leena Bridal.

Will and his best man co-own an old vintage Aston Martin (could you get anything cooler?!) They made the short drive across the field in it with the roof down, and I got over just in time to get a few shots of them getting ready and heading to the ceremony in the car.

They decided to have the ceremony in the barn which has recently been refurbished by Clara and her team. I must say, it looks very impressive! The window light coming through was stunning, falling perfectly onto Robyn and Will’s faces.

At Willow Grange there is so much outside space, so after the ceremony they made the most of the awesome weather by having drinks in the scorching sunshine.

The entrance to the reception was a pretty epic one! Will is a massive cricket fan so they danced into the Soul Limbo cricket time tune. Everyone went crazy waving their napkins to the music!

The party kicked off big style after the speeches – just my kind of wedding! It was so great to see everyone having an absolute blast.

Thank you both for an epic day.
